BACK ×A project begins after the agreed contract is signed and the required deposit has cleared. Custom quotes reflect the approved scope. Third-party hosting, platform, licensing, photography, and similar costs are separate unless explicitly included.
Deposits reserve project time and are generally non-refundable once work begins. If a project is cancelled, completed work and committed third-party costs remain payable. Any exception will be stated in the signed project agreement.
Private previews, design concepts, prototypes, and demonstrations remain the intellectual property of Jordan’s Web Designs unless ownership is transferred in a signed agreement. They may not be copied, shared, reproduced, or distributed.
Inquiry information is used to evaluate and respond to project requests. Payment-card information is handled by the external payment provider and is never collected or stored by this website.
