ONE-PAGE / PHOTOGRAPHY DEMO / 2026

Odd Hours Photography

A photography portfolio that behaves more like a late-night contact sheet than a template.

(PRIVATE CONCEPT)

A protected glimpse of the visual direction. The full experience is available in a private walkthrough.

(THE PROBLEM)

Show how a single-page package can still feel authored, immersive, and memorable while keeping portfolio work, availability, and inquiries easy to reach.

(THE MOVE)

A kinetic editorial flow combines camera-inspired details, a working flash interaction, art-directed placeholders, pop-up dates, and a high-intent inquiry ending in one continuous experience.

(DESIGN NOTES)
01

The entire experience lives on one page, using pacing and scene changes to create the feeling of a larger site.

02

Camera references are embedded into the behavior—not pasted on as decoration—through flash, framing, counters, and tactile feedback.

03

The portfolio ends with clear booking information, proving expressive art direction and conversion can occupy the same page.

(BEHIND THE WORK)

FROM FIRST IDEA
TO FINISHED EXPERIENCE.

Each project follows a clear process, with enough flexibility to let the strongest ideas change the direction.

01 / DISCOVER

Find the idea worth building around.

I define the audience, goals, content needs, references, and the feeling the website should leave behind.

  • Audience + purpose
  • Content priorities
  • Visual references
02 / DIRECT

Turn strategy into a visual world.

I shape the typography, color, layout, imagery, and interaction rules that give the project a distinct point of view.

  • Creative direction
  • Page system
  • Interaction language
03 / BUILD + REFINE

Make the experience work beautifully.

I build the responsive pages, test every route and interaction, then refine the details until the experience feels complete.

  • Responsive build
  • Interaction testing
  • Final polish
